The Vazquez family was abandoned by a contractor who is now banned from participation in the home elevation program.  In May, the contractor began work on the Vazquez home but stopped after only digging tunnels.  This resulted in rainwater filling the holes under their home and uninvited guests in the form of mosquitoes and even snakes.  Coastal Shoring heard the story and immediately offered a helping hand.  Read more.

 

 

May 13 & 14, 2011 – Coastal Shoring, LLC, was a proud sponsor of the Italian American Fishing Rodeo at Seabrook Harbor in New Orleans benefiting Children’s Hospital.

 

December 17, 2010 – Coastal Shoring, LLC, made several large donations to the women of Mary Song. Donations of clothes, toys and other holiday gifts were given to the women and children of the program.

 

 

December 9, 2010 – Coastal Shoring, LLC, held a blood drive at our 100 Arnault Road; Jefferson, Louisiana location where all employees had the chance to donate blood and support Oschsner’s blood needs.

 

Coastal Shoring, LLC, sponsored and participated in the Think Pink silent auction and benefit at South Port Hall.

 

 

Every Thursday, Coastal Shoring donates food to the women and children of Mary Song.

 

July 31, 2010 – Coastal Shoring made a generous donation to the Greater New Orleans Entertainment Foundation to benefit the music, arts and entertainment departments of local schools.

 

July 1, 2010 – Coastal Shoring commissioned local artist Tuna to create an original work to benefit the Save Our Lake Foundation. Prints were auctioned at the Ritz Carlton and sold at First Bank and Trust.
