The National Flood Insurance Program offers a rider of up to $30,000 on each Standard Flood Insurance Policy for homeowners who had flood insurance at the time of a flood loss AND filed a flood claim.

Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL)

SRL Program — Let Coastal Shoring help you through the home elevation process

Coastal Shoring knows about the SRL Program for elevating your home.

These programs offer unlimited funding to homeowners who have filed at least two flood damage claims since 1978.

Flooded in the Past? Didn’t flood for Hurricanes Katrina or Rita?  You may still be eligible to elevate your home for FREE through Parish Program Funding!

SRL Requirements:

• Homes that have sustained two losses within 10 years with the combined value of building damages (not building contents) equal to or exceeding the fair market value of the home.
• The Severe Repetitive Loss list also includes homeowners who have had four claims of loss over $5,000 each since 1978, including the building and its contents.

If you are not on the list, call Coastal Shoring.  We can assist you through the proper channels so that you may be considered for inclusion on the FEMA Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL) list.
